The Instructional Model

While the courses are online, students are connected to a training hub at a physical location (studio) with other students who share the same passion. Additionally, students will be incorporated into the IAE Academy global community which will have community-building events intended to celebrate a productive, supportive world community.

Recorded videos, lectures, and class notes available on demand. Students watch lectures before attending live classes. Why flipped? Students take class notes at home, consulting with available instructors during standing office hours as needed, and prepare for engaging seminar-style live classes.

 Live classes, in real time, in a virtual classroom with a teacher for guidance. The goals are active, open debates and discussions. Our college-style scheduling for live seminars puts them at once a week instead of every day like a traditional high school. Teachers also run Oxford-style tutorials and pre-exam study seminars as well as weekly office hours.
